Bellingham Lectures in Philosophy and Religion (BLPR)
The Bellingham Lectures in Philosophy and Religion (BLPR) are designed to facilitate informed, articulate thinking and civil conversation regarding the Big Questions present in philosophy, religion, and science.
The BLPR is bringing together academics, students, religious leaders and community members to create an open and inspiring atmosphere in which to discuss topics such as God, Character and Free Will.
2012 Lecture Series
We are excited this year to be bringing Dr. Schloss and Dr. Murray as guest speakers for our 2012 Lecture Series.
As experts in their respective fields of biology and philosophy, Schloss and Murray bring a combination of experience and wealth of knowledge in the areas of evolutionary psychology and evolutionary suffering in a fine-tuned universe.
Check out the BLPR blog for the continued conversation around Alvin Plantinga’s 2011 lecture series.
